Lunch Time
Relish is our school food catering, supplying delicious school dinners to all the schools in our trust.

Arrangements for free school meals
Parents who are in receipt of Income Support or Income based Job Seekers Allowance may apply for free school meals.

Attendance

School attendance is measured by sessions, morning and afternoon each day, for every child. Should parents wish to take their child out of school for holidays in addition to school holidays, a holiday form, available from the school office, should be completed. It is not expected that parents should request permission to take their child out of school in a school year, but such a request would be considered in exceptional cases.

Reporting Absence
If your child is absent from school for any reason, please telephone us on 01283 217702 by 10.00am.
Thank you.

Unauthorised Absence

The DFE requires schools to give details of the level of unauthorised absence, for example truancy of pupils, absence where there is no reason supported by a letter or telephone call from home, or where parents have taken children out of school for holidays and not received authorisation. We ask parents to let us know if a child is ill, has an appointment with the doctor or dentist, or will be away from school for some

School Uniform

We encourage our children to wear uniform which consists of grey skirt, pinafore or trousers, white polo shirt and dark red Blackfordby cardigan or sweatshirt, with smart black leather shoes.

In Summer, the boys may wear grey shorts and the girls, dresses, either checked or striped in dark red.

For P.E. the uniform is: burgundy shorts, white T-shirt (T-shirts with the school logo on are available to order from school) and suitable sports shoes / plimsolls (although when appropriate, the children work in bare feet).

Sweatshirts, cardigans, reversible winter coats PE Kits, bags and rucksacks are available from school using the order form below.
